1. What is the most important issue in Council District 41 you would address if elected?

If Re-Elected I will continue to focus on Affordable Housing and Jobs, which are the most important issues facing our District. I have created over 3,000 real affordable units of housing in the last three years, which has lead to hundreds of jobs through out the 41st district.

 

2. What other important issues would you address if elected?

I will continue to provide & empower Principals & Teachers with the necessary resources to create the best environment for our students. Includes after school program funding like (Arts, Theater, Music and Dance) & funding for Beacon Program for Youths & Adults. I will continue to address the need for Child Care Centers as part of all New Affordable Housing Developments. I will continue to address the need for additional Community Health Centers throughout our district. I will continue to explore building more Senior Housing Developments with Adult Day Senior Programs for all Seniors.

 

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

I am the best candidate, since elected I have allocated Millions to Schools for Laptops, Smart Boards, Science Labs, A/C in Classrooms. & Millions for Parks in our district. I will continue to fight to prevent Senior Centers from closing, & fund New Senior Housing Developments. I have created two New Affordable Housing Developments which includes Child Care on premises. I've lived & worked in the 41st district since I was a teen. in 3 1/2 yrs. I have a proven record of great accomplishments.
