NYCCFB Votes on Enforcement Matters at Public Meeting
11/19/2024
November 19, 2024 – On Thursday November 14th, the NYC Campaign Finance Board (CFB) voted to assess penalties to two committees from the 2021 election cycle. Please refer to the tables below for more details on these determinations.
Other business conducted during the public meeting included the approval of proposed rules, and an announcement of campaigns that were in compliance. These candidates have completed the post-election audit process without any violations or penalties assessed by the Campaign Finance Board. The Board recognizes the diligence of the candidates and their staff in running campaigns that maintained compliance with New York City’s campaign finance program. Of these campaigns, one is a first time candidate with the Campaign Finance Board.
