Congressional Primary 2018
ABOUT THE VOTER GUIDE
This Voter Guide is produced by the New York City Campaign Finance Board (CFB) to help city voters make informed choices at the polls. The CFB creates an online Guide for every city election. This Guide lists all the candidates who were expected to be on the ballot at the time of publication.
The primary election includes:
Congressional District 5 — Democratic
Congressional District 9 — Democratic
Congressional District 11 — Democratic
Congressional District 11 — Republican
Congressional District 11 — Conservative
Congressional District 12 — Democratic
Congressional District 14 — Democratic
Congressional District 16 — Democratic
The Reform party will hold a write-in contest (known as an "opportunity to ballot primary") in the 7th and 15th Congressional districts. No names will appear on the ballot. But any voter living in those districts who is enrolled in the Reform party or registered but not enrolled in another party (an unaffiliated voter) may cast a write-in ballot.
The profiles and photos in this Guide were submitted to the CFB by the candidates, all of whom have affirmed that the information provided is true to the best of their knowledge. The views expressed in the candidate statements do not represent those of the CFB. Candidates without profile information or photos did not respond to our requests for participation or could not be reached.
