Guide to the General Election – Tuesday, November 8, 2016

No matter where we stand on the issues, most of us can agree that this historic election cycle has inspired many to come together and lobby for the changes we need in order to move forward in the best way possible, for as many Americans as possible. On November 8th, registered voters throughout the country will be casting their votes for president, US Congress, and state and local offices in the general election. Make sure your voice is heard, and exercise your right to choose the change that you want to see in the world! 

The deadline to register to vote in this year’s general election was October 14th. If you’re not sure if you are registered to vote, check the NY Board of Elections Voter Registration Search tool.
