I believe as the Bible states that a leader must be a servant first. And the quality of life that a community has is largely connected to the quality of information that they have and that is supplied to them by their leaders and elected officials-- Congressmen and Senators at the federal level, State Senators and Assembly Members at the state level and City Council Members at the city level. I can assure you that as your City Council representative you will receive relative, useful and all information to help improve your quality of life and living standards. My district has one of the highest asthma rates in the nation. One of the things I can do is to introduce bills and try to enforce laws that will help the environment to decrease the asthma rate.
