1. What is the most important issue in Council District 28 you would address if elected?
1) JOBS JOBS JOBS.
2) NOT CLOSE, BUT IMPROVE OUR FAILLING SCHOOLS.
3) SAVE OUR HOSPITALS AND SENIOR CENTERS FROM CLOSING.
4) Provide more Health clinics dedicated to children with Asthma.
2. What other important issues would you address if elected?
EDUCATION: I WILL GIVE PARENTS THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHICH SCHOOL THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO, ESPECIALLY WHEN GOING INTO 5TH GRADE (MIDDLE SCHOOL).
I WILL CREATE AN "EDUCATIONAL SUPERFUND" WHICH WILL BE USED TO HELP SCHOOLS WITH AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, PURCHASE TEXT BOOKS, COMPUTERS. AND OTHER SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR EVERY CLASS ROOM AND EVERY CHILD.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?
I am the only candidate with the experience of owning and running a business' Rapid Security, that created over 2,000 local jobs, here in Queens; managing an annual payroll of over $300 thousand dollars. I am a former teacher, elected to the local school board who knows the importance of a good education.
A US Navy Veteran, American Legion member, President of Rockaway Merchant Association, Commander of the Rockaway Sea Cadets and the Author of a soon to be a best seller"Complete book of historic presidential firsts" in your local library, Schools & book stores.
